 Post subject: Drivers under 64bit Ubuntu

I am looking to use the DVB-S and DVB-T cards here in the UK. My set up is Ubuntu 8.04 amd64 (64 bit).

Has anyone had any success building and running the drivers on 64 bit Linux? I did have a look around here, but could not see any mention of 64 bit.
